A 57,000-sq-foot estate, it nearly has enough space to house both of the entertainers entire families and friends’ families. There are 123 different doors and room spaces in this home. Other than bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and basic game rooms, there’s not much more than everything any couple could want outside the home.

A Los Angeles real estate agent involved with the deal says the home is all about giving the forming Carter family a ‘crème de la crème home’ and static location to raise their kiddos.
“They know with their expanding brood it’s time to get serious about laying some roots, and having a statement pad in Hollywood is at the top of their list,” said the agent according to TheSun.
It’s undoubtedly a statement. This mansion crushes the value of every rapper and actor’ home in Los Angeles, excluding only the very elite. Even in that Super A-list group, only a few of those have homes that come close to the $205-million-dollar mansion Hov and B want to buy from James and Petra Stunt.
If not familiar, the former owners of this home were also very wealthy. Wife, Petra, was the daughter of Formula 1 billionaire Bernie Ecclestone. The husband, James Stunt, was a billionaire with his own investment firm ‘Stunt & Co.’ Estimated to be worth $3 billion in mostly non-liquid assets, it’s said he once out-bid someone at his own charity auction, with the stipulation the bidder outbid him a few more times, just so he could donate more.
