The Atlanta trap music legend who came into the game a ‘Hot Boy,’ will live on beyond his death. He already has had a single with platinum recording start Young Jeezy since his passing, but now here comes something bigger. The official Bankroll Fresh “In Bank We Trust” album cover and release details have been announced.
“The name is gonna be In Bank We Trust,” told Teresa Price to XXL magazine in a recent interview. She continues on with more detail, “[and] I think we’re gonna do 12 songs and bonuses on the album and we was really trying to push it for the 4th.”
Price says the 4th was their aim but confirmed the post-death album of Bankroll Fresh will not officially release until the 24th of April.
The album cover for “In Bank We Trust” features the trap rap legend commemorated on the face of a coin. The symbolism of this would be something like that of US currency, a dead President or person of importance gets put on the face of what secures everyone in society, money. Bankroll was indeed the source of a brighter future for many people in his crew and also an inspiration for those from his community.
The first single from the album has already released. It was titled “Truth Be Told,” in case you missed it in January.
