Rapper Drake was said to have been smacked by P.Diddy a short period ago for stealing the track “0 to 100.”   Well, while the beef was said to subsided, it may be rekindled shortly by Drizzy’s new artist.  The rapper Puffy L’z, who has a striking similar name to one of Diddy’s monikers, dissed the Bad Boy founder in a track called “Been Flexing [watch music video here].”

“What you think ? I just bop through my city / I’m Puffy L’z, real n-gga, I ain’t Diddy [get it]” raps the OVO artist on the song.

A quick jab at the original ‘Puffy’ or Puff Daddy, it seems like a soldier-like salue to Aubrey Graham.  A troop letting adversaries know they will come after anyone that threatens the boss perhaps.

While the line does not seem too significant, the recent beef with Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj [read here] is a reminder of how far a few lines can go in rap culture.  Diddy is sure to take notice of such things along with his Bad Boy family.

What do you think of this line? Is it nothing serious or was it specifically done and said on purpose?  Leave a comment beneath the write up here on Popular Hip Hop.
