Are you a fan of video games and 2017 Hip Hop culture ?  If so, you will not want to miss out on your opportunity to use one of today’s hottest R&B stars as a fighter in a mixed martial arts tournament.  Toronto Pop star The Weeknd is a featured fighter on “UFC 2” video game.

While the game has been out a while, the news has went somewhat unnoticed by Urban blogs.  The Weeknd fight character is a near perfect resemblance of the ‘Some Way’ singer, post hair cut.  He’s got a ‘0-0-0’ fight record on the game but they give him enough street credibility to make him a worthy opponent of almost any top ranked fighter. A cheat some might way but not fans of the ‘Starboy’ certanly.

His stats on the game are moderately high.  He ranks only 3 points lower than UFC champion Nate Diaz, 89 vs 86.   The Weeknd’s stand up ranking is 100 as well as his clinch.  His ranking only drops below the UFC champ because TW’s ground power is a horrid 56.

The feautre of the XO boss is no surprise.  When the UFC was sold in 2016 for $4 billion [ read here ] to WME | IMG, it was discovered  The Weeknd was among the group of celebrities catching a stake of ownership in the MMA brand.  Other celebrities behind the billion dollar company included Cam Newton, Serena & Venus Williams, Rob Dyrdek,  LL Cool J,  Jimmy Kimmel, Adam Levine, Mark Wahlberg, and Calvin Harris.
