Spring and Summer are almost here and Popular Hip Hop’s readers will surely be looking for ways to tighten up before they arrive. Everyone wants to look their best at the beach in the smallest amount of clothing as possible. Instagram famous trainer Kathy Drayton-Freeman tipped off followers on what to do for their lower half, showing women a creative butt and thigh workout without a gym.
Where does she do the training at then? A simple staircase.
The method used by Kathy was a combination of jump squats aka jack squat techniques that anyone can do but it will burn. The famed model and trainer herself had to stop her workout, without making it all the way up the staircase. The goal however is to workout until you cannot anymore. For the best results, women (or men) must push themselves to the point of their furthest limits.
The squat technique will help firmen the butt and thigh regions of the body. It will also give the buttocks muscles more ‘staying power,’ making the cheeks appear more up and perky.
